Last month, West Bottoms Whiskey Co. released Murdock’s Opus, a 100-proof Kansas City whiskey celebrating the distillery’s fifth anniversary.

Bottles are available at the West Bottoms cocktail parlor, where visitors can pick one up, punch a commemorative timecard, and stay for a cocktail.

The release is also beginning to reach select whiskey retailers across Missouri and Kansas.
